Cairns Short term rentals

Self contained, Cairns short term rentals, close to the beach, are available for periods of between one and 12 months.

The apartments are fully furnished and self-contained.

Apartments can sleep up to four adults or two adults and two children and include:

• variety of unit sizes to suit singles, couples, families

• Bathroom with shower
• Fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils
• Fridge freezer
• Private patio
• Flat screen TV
• Free Car parking

Tenants are vetted through TICA and are required to provide all relevant documentation and references prior to tenancy being approved.

As per fire regulations, permanently rented apartments can only accommodate a maximum of four persons.

Smoking is not permitted inside apartments.
