For Tenants
Pacific Sands rents apartments to permanent tenants for periods of between three months and 12 months.
All of the apartments at Pacific Sands are fully furnished and self-contained.
All of the spacious apartments at Pacific Sands have two bedrooms. Each apartment can sleep up to four adults or two adults and two children and include:
- Modern furnishings
- Main bedroom with a queen size bed
- Second bedroom with two single beds
- Air conditioning in the main bedroom and lounge with ceiling fans in the second bedroom and living areas
- Two-way bathroom with shower
- Fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils
- Whitegoods such as a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer
- Private balcony or patio
- Flat screen TV
- Allocated car park
All tenants are vetted through TICA and are required to provide all relevant documentation and references prior to tenancy being approved.
As per fire regulations, permanently rented apartments can only accommodate a maximum of four persons.
Pacific Sands maintains a strict no pets policy and smoking is not permitted inside apartments.
